Site Specifications

Initially the site size should be about one lot size. (+/-60’ wide by +/-120’ deep).  To be off-grid means self-sufficient.  However, locating this facility within the city limits rather than in the county ETJ, some restrictions maybe encountered that will have an impact on the wish to be totally off-grid. Therefore, modifications will need to be considered.
